En términos simples:
- Acceder sin autorización a un dispositivo ajeno viola leyes de privacidad y ciberseguridad
- Puede considerarse delito informático con penas graves (multas/cárcel)
- Las consecuencias varían según el país, pero casi universalmente está prohibido

Look, legally speaking? It’s a HUGE no-no to hack someone else’s iPhone without permission. Like, we’re talking federal crimes territory here - Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and all that jazz. Even if you’re a parent trying to “monitor” your kid, there are specific laws about consent and privacy.
But let’s be real - kids find ways around parental controls all the time anyway 
Screen Time limits? There’s the whole “change the date” trick. App restrictions? Hello, Safari and web versions of everything. Parents install those fancy monitoring apps thinking they’re Fort Knox, but most teens I know have figured out how to sandbox apps or use burner devices.
The MFT tables on iPhones are pretty locked down tho, not gonna lie. Apple’s walled garden approach makes it harder than Android to mess with the file system structure without jailbreaking first.
