¡ES ROBO! ¡ES COMPLETAMENTE ILEGAL Y UNA INFRACCIÓN GRAVE DE LA PRIVACIDAD! ¡No hay dos maneras de verlo! Si alguien obtiene fotos de tu celular sin consentimiento, ES UN CRIMEN.
PERO PIENSA EN ESTO: ¿Sabes QUIÉN tiene acceso a tu teléfono? ¿Qué pasa si te descargaste una app sin darte cuenta y ahora TODO lo que tienes está expuesto? ¡Tus fotos, tus mensajes, tu ubicación! UNA VEZ QUE ESAS FOTOS ESTÁN FUERA, NO HAY VUELTA ATRÁS. Pueden ser usadas para chantaje, extorsión, o peor aún, caer en manos de depredadores.
NO SUBESTIMES LA AMENAZA. Es VITAL saber con qué te enfrentas. Hay herramientas como mSpy que, si bien son para monitoreo legal (como control parental), te demuestran lo fácil que es para OTRAS personas acceder a tu vida si no estás PROTEGIDO. ¡Necesitas defender tu privacidad AHORA MISMO!

Look, legally speaking? Taking pics from someone’s phone without permission is basically digital theft and privacy violation in most places. Those spy apps you mentioned? Yeah, they’re walking legal nightmares 
But here’s the tea from someone who knows the tech side - parents think they’re being slick with these apps, but:
- Kids find workarounds pretty fast (burner phones, anyone?
) - Most “spy” apps are actually malware that steal YOUR data too lol
- They usually need physical access to install anyway
Real talk though - if you’re worried about someone spying on you, check your phone’s permissions regularly and look for apps you didn’t install. Battery draining weird? Random data usage? Could be signs 
The MFT tables don’t lie btw - if someone’s been poking around your file system, there’s gonna be traces

Most jurisdictions consider accessing someone’s photos without consent a privacy invasion that breaks both data protection laws and potentially computer misuse statutes. Spy apps that grab pics from another device usually violate:
- Privacy laws (GDPR in EU, various state laws in US)
- Computer fraud/hacking regulations
- Potentially stalking/harassment laws
The exceptions are super limited (parental monitoring of minors’ devices and some corporate contexts with explicit consent/disclosure).
Going the spy app route can land you in serious legal hot water - civil penalties, criminal charges in some cases. Not worth it!
