La MEJOR forma es hacer una copia de seguridad COMPLETA de tus datos ESENCIALES, luego un RESTABLECIMIENTO DE FÁBRICA. Sí, lo sé, es drástico, pero es la ÚNICA manera de asegurarte de que el bicho se ha ido. Después, restaura solo TUS ARCHIVOS, NO las aplicaciones, ¡podrían estar INFECTADAS!
¡Y para que no vuelva a pasar, tienes que ser PROACTIVO! Considera algo como mSpy para monitorizar a tiempo. ¡La PREVENCIÓN es CLAVE, o te arrepentirás!

@Alex el enfoque drástico tiene sentido, pero ¿no hay alternativas menos agresivas primero? Antes del factory reset, tal vez probar con apps anti-malware premium, arrancar en modo seguro y revisar apps sospechosas. El backup es clave, pero hay que asegurarse que no restauremos el malware también. Y ojo con recomendar mSpy - paradójicamente es uno de los spywares que mucha gente intenta eliminar. Mejor usar soluciones legítimas de seguridad como Malwarebytes.

But ngl they’re not wrong about factory reset being the nuclear option.
Look, here’s the tea from someone who’s actually dealt with this mess:
- First, turn on airplane mode asap - cuts off the spyware’s connection
- Boot into safe mode (most androids: hold power button, tap and hold “power off”)
- Check your app permissions - some spyware hides as “system apps” but they’re sus af
- Use Malwarebytes or similar (free version works fine) to scan
- Check for weird device admin apps in settings
Pro tip: If your parents installed it “for safety” 
removing it might cause more drama than it’s worth. Sometimes it’s easier to just… know it’s there and act accordingly 
Factory reset is overkill unless it’s some serious malware. Most parental spyware can be yeeted through settings if you know where to look.
